Niečo o Nás
Here at Care 4 You, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all. The belief that knowledge and support can make a difference in people's lives is what made us start the organisation and gave us the motivation to focus on couple of social issues, specifically human trafficking and unfair working conditions. However, these are not the only issues that we address with our activities.
Naším ultimátnym cieľom je zlepšovanie sveta malými krokmi a veríme, že vzdelávanie a podpora môže zvýšiť úroveň života ľudí. Najmä preto sme sa rozhodli založiť našu organizáciu, čím sme tiež získali motiváciu sa zamerať na určité sociálne problémy: obchodovanie s ľudmi a zlepšovanie pracovných podmienok zamestnancov. Samozrejme, tieto fenomény nie sú jediné, čím sa chceme zaoberať.

Minulé projekty
Even though we are a very young organisation, the members have been involved with many youth projects. Couple of the most relevant ones are described below. Some of these are international projects financed by the Erasmus+ programme and others were projects and activities on local sphere.
Aj napriek tomu, že sme veľmi mladá organizácia, sme v minulosti boli zapojení do mnohých akcií a projektov. Tie najrelevantnejšie sú spomenuté nižšie. Niektoré z nich boli financované Erasmus+ a iné boli uskutočnené na lokálnej úrovni.

Vyšná Kamenica
Nikola has been associated with the creation of a community centre for children and families, where with her friend they have successfully opened a community centre in a small village. During summer breaks and weekends they organise events for children and their families.
Nikola sa zapojila do vytvárania komunitného centra, ktoré s kamarátkou otvorili vo Vyšnej Kamenici. Úspešne otvorili centrum, v ktorom cez prázdniny a počas víkendov organizujú udalosti pre deti a rodiny.

EVS As One More Step Toward Inclusion
All of the three members have taken part in a 2 stage educational training course with a study visit. The first mobility took place in Split where they gained deeper knowledge about the Erasmus+ and EVS programs and were motivated to implement it in their organisations. The second part was aimed at acquiring partners from many various organisations in Macedonia.
Všetky členky združenia sa zúčastnili 2-krokového vzdelávacieho programu a štúdijnej návštevy. Prvá časť sa odohrala v Chorvátsku v meste Split, kde nadobudli hlbšie porozumenie Erasmus+ a EVS programu a motivovali sa aby tieto poznatky využili v ich organizácii. Druhá časť zahŕňala návštevu organizácií v Macedónsku, kde si našli kontakty na projekty.

In the past we have organised prevention talks at schools for children and families, where the importance of the understanding of the issue was addressed, children were discouraged from participating in these activities and support systems were provided to those who are suffering.
V minulosti sme organizovali prevenčné prednášky, kde sme žiakom základných škôl vysvetľovali dôležitosť uvedomovania si svojich činov. Taktiež sme zvyšovali vedomie verejnosti o tomto probléme a predstavili sme prevenčné podporné programy, ako sa brániť cyber šikane.
Erasmus+ CommunicAction
Alessandria, Italy
Erasmus + can truly be an eye-opening experience, which is one of the reasons why our organisation is always actively trying to find new partnerships and create opportunities for more people to take part in Erasmus+ projects. One of our team members, Zuzana has taken part in many international mobilities, but project in Alessandria was really a life changing experience for her.
The topic of the training course was communication, and despite it being only 5 days long, the project succeeded in improving my communication skills and making me more confident in different aspects of life. Each day was aimed at a different type of communication, and at a different scale. The aim was to generally improve participants’ communication skills, improve trust and create an environment where everyone felt safe to share their opinions and beliefs.
Highlights
1. The trainers and the whole hosting organization
The hosting organisation was a well-functioning and loving team of people who were also extremely hard working and competent. One of the best parts of going to projects is getting inspired and motivated by seeing other people work hard and achieve amazing goals. After personally meeting the team, I have decided to try to create a cooperation between our organization and Youth Connect (the Italian organization), so hopefully in the future we will be sending some young people to projects organized by this awesome org.
2. The group of people
Anyone who has ever been to a project will say that the people that you meet are the best part of any exchange and the contacts that you create are the most valuable assets. The people that I met during this exchange were the most loving and supporting group I have experienced so far. I instantly felt connected to them and was able to be myself and always felt accepted. Maybe the group was just that great itself, but possibly the ice-breaking activities and trust building exercises helped to create such a strong feeling of belonging.
3. Self-development activities
The activities were well organized, and even though the majority was focused at communication a few were aimed at developing our general skills. We learned how to set SMART goals, how to develop the aims of a project and how to address social issues. All of these new skills are going to be used when writing future projects of our organization;)
4. The location
Alessandria is not a very touristy place, which was actually really nice, because we got to experience the true Italian culture. It’s a fairly small town, which we got the chance to explore both during the day and night. We felt even more as a part of the community when Ari took us to a rugby practice and we got to meet the locals and play the sport with them. After, we went to a nice club restaurant and got to drink amazing local wine. These are usually the advantages of projects, you get to meet locals, see the true culture and experience things you wouldn’t if you were a normal tourist.
Participating in a project for the first time can be scary and sometimes requires getting out of your comfort zone, but I hope this article and the pics attached show why it

Nikola Šimčová
CEO
She has worked as an on-field social worker, where she was in a direct contact with people with fewer opportunities on a daily basis. Moreover, she worked for an NGO that was aimed at helping refugees and victims of human trafficking. Nikola worked in a family centre where she was educating children with learning dysfunction and problematic behaviour. She has participated in numerous Erasmus+ mobilities abroad both as a participant and a leader.
Zuzana Varová
Project director
Zuzana has broad experience with international Erasmus+ mobilities as a participant, leader and assistant of organisers. She has participated in numeral trainings touching the issues that the organisation is dealing with. She will be responsible for the planning of the activities as well as for the international relations with foreign partners.
Zuzana má mnoho skúseností s medzinárodnými Erasmus+ projektami ako účastník, líder ale aj asistent organizátorov. Zúčastnila sa niekoľko vzdelávacích tréningov, ktoré sa zaoberali problémami, ktoré sa týkajú našej organizácie. Bude mať na starosti plánovanie aktivít a medzinárodné vzťahy s Európskymi partnermi.
Tereza Maiwaldova
Marketing director
As our newest team member, Tereza has already become an important part of the team. Similarly to both of her colleagues, she has experience with Erasmus+ projects, and is eager to help the societies. In our team she will be responsible for all the public relations and the marketing of our activities via social media.
Ako náš najnovší člen, Tereza sa už stihla stať dôležitou súčasťou nášho tímu. Podobne ako jej kolegyne, má skúsenosti s Erasmmus+ projektami a aktívne sa snaží pomôcť spoločnosti. V našom tíme bude zodpovedná za verejné vzťahy a marketing naších aktivít cez sociálne siete.
